• Partial Use: The voucher can be used partially, with the remaining balance available for future purchases until the validity period ends. The user can check their voucher amount at this page.
• Usability: The voucher can be redeemed at any of our online shops.
• Delivery: The voucher code will be sent to the purchaser's email, who can then forward it to the intended recipient.
• Payment methods: This virtual voucher can be purchased using myPOS or bank transfer only.
• Single-Purpose Voucher: As per EU law, this is classified as a single-purpose voucher (SPV) and is subject to the applicable regulations.
• Non-Refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Lost or stolen vouchers: We cannot replace lost or stolen vouchers.

Usage and Storage:

• Please use the ball as intended.
• Do not leave the ball in direct sunlight.
• Do not store the ball in a humid or warm place; if possible, use a cool, well-ventilated area.

Cleaning:

• Please wipe the ball's surface with a cloth.
• If the ball is slightly dirty, please use a damp cloth.
• If the ball is heavily soiled, please use a cloth dampened with diluted mild hand soap (liquid soap).
• If you use a mild detergent to clean the ball, please ensure that no residue remains on the surface (it may cause discoloration).
• If you use water to clean heavy soiling, please dry the ball thoroughly with a dry cloth.
• Dry the ball away from direct sunlight and direct heat sources.
• If the ball has been wet (rain, submerged in water), please wipe it with a cloth and dry it completely away from direct sunlight and direct heat sources.
• Please do not use other solvents as they will damage the surface of the ball (organic and inorganic solvents).

Inflation:

• Please always moisten the needle with glycerin before inflating the ball.
• Using a dry needle may damage the valve and reduce its lifespan, leading to pressure loss in the ball.

You can use Mikasa NDLSC glycerin for ball inflation for the best results and to extend the life of your ball.

• Please always inflate the ball to the recommended pressure indicated on it (usually found near the valve, using standard units). This pressure optimizes the ball's performance, feel, and lifespan.
• WARNING: Excessive pressure may cause the ball to burst uncontrollably.

You can use Mikasa AG-500 digital pressure gauge for precise and quick pressure measurement in the ball.

Recommended Pressure:

• Please always inflate the ball to the recommended pressure indicated on it (usually found near the valve, using standard units).
